Virtual Classes During Closure

We appreciate the inpouring of warm sentiments from the community following our announcement March 13th that we are complying with the Governor’s order to close. We are happy to support this Montgomery County effort to contain and overcome this virus and keep all of you safe. This is a true opportunity to practice what we learn here together. 

Trying times can also spark creativity, and so we are exciting to announce some special offerings for these weeks to keep you connected, supported and doing yoga at a time when we all need it a little extra. These include:

Practice Virtually Via Livestreaming Classes 
We’re going to try offering livestream classes for you so you can tune in with the Prana Das community real time and be led by me and Derek through a vinyasa and meditation class.  

Our next Live Classes are:

Sunday Morning Extended Vinyasa Practice with Derek, 10am
Wednesday Afternoon Yin for Healthy Hips & Digestion with Nadia, 12pm

 This will be free to watch live on our YouTube channel. To get notification reminders, subscribe to our emails below.

Virtual Private Sessions: We will continue to provide individual instruction to anyone who wants it. Outside of this occasion, we often provide remote sessions for meditation, yoga therapy or yoga via Skype for those who travel or can’t make it in. It’s a great way to keep your practice up. This can also be held in person. Simply reply to this email to request details on a session.Online

Practice Videos Online

Here’s a full practice series you can do right now. It is a comprehensive all-levels series, and Derek guides you through mindset, purpose of the postures and breathing.
