Kids Yoga at Prana

Start Them Young, Start Them Strong!

Kids Yoga Program 

The Kids Yoga Program spans ages 3-13 at Prana Das. Your teachers are Monika Brass (ages 5-9) and Laura Norris (ages 3-4 and ages 10-13). Below are the themes and dates for our upcoming series, which follow the 2018/2019 school year. Support your child in a mindful approach to life and tools for compassionate and confident responses at home, in school and with friends.

School Year Schedule:

Ages 3-4: Thursdays, 4pm – 4:45pm
Ages 5-9: Wednesdays, 4:45pm – 5:30pm
Ages 10–13: Thursdays, 4:45pm – 5:30pm

We also offer an adult class 4:30pm – 5:30pm you can take while your children practice. Just bring them with you at 4:30 and we will care for them until their class begins. Of course, you are welcome to stay with them in class.

Reduce and Relieve Stress

Yoga can help kids create space for themselves to recognize and respond to stress in a healthy way so they become practiced at calming themselves and moving forward mindfully.

Character Development

Little yogis will learn to apply their new learnings in group settings to cultivate strong inter-personal relationships, communication and friendship skills and self worth. 


Kids Yoga Birthday Parties!

NEW: Have a birthday coming up? Host it here! We can accommodate groups up to 20 kids with parents. We have a full kitchen and a separate room for cake and presents. We have party topics for all three age groups. Rates vary depending on group size and the specifics of your celebration.
