If you are new to yoga or returning to yoga after a lapsed period, or if you want to take your practice to the next level, consider investing in your practice with a private session. One on one work will enable you to delve into the key foundations of practice, heal from or prevent injury, to stick that handstand or simply to get the individualized attention you’ve been craving. Wide range of people, physically fit to seriously injured, beginners and advanced, diverse ages and backgrounds. We can host you at Prana House or come to you at a location of your choice.

We also work with groups of all sizes, corporations and organizations with special rates and the ability to customize for your specific goals.
